  1. flist   flist generates lists of functions from either C or C++ files.  The lists
  2.         may optionally be in the form of prototypes, extern style (old K&R),
  3.         restricted to global/static functions, and made suitable for inclusion into
  4.         comments; flist can generate <tags> files, too, and merge them with
  5.         <hdrtags> files.  Binary only, freeware.
